Welcome to our Rewards Program! We’re thrilled to offer you rewards for your loyalty and shopping with us. This guide will walk you through how to earn and redeem points for exciting discounts and offers.

2. How to Earn Points

You can collect points through a variety of actions:

  • Making Purchases: Earn points with every purchase. For example, every $1 spent equals 1 point.

Note: Every 100 points can be redeemed for $5 or more. Every 20 points are equivalent to a $1 discount.

3. How to Redeem Points

Redeeming your points is easy and quick:

  • During Checkout: After adding items to your cart, proceed to checkout. If you have available points, you’ll see an option to redeem them. On mobile devices, look for the purple icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
  • Apply Points: Select the number of points you want to use, and they’ll be converted into a discount or coupon. The discount will be automatically applied to your order.
  • Redemption Options: Convert your points into either a percentage or fixed discount on your order.

4. Points Expiry and Notifications

  • Points Expiry: Your points are valid for 6 months. Before they expire, we’ll send you an email reminder so you can use them before time runs out.
  • Email Alerts: Stay informed! Enable email notifications in your account settings to get updates on your points balance, upcoming expirations, and new rewards available.
